The Škoda 110, also known as the Škoda 110R Coupé, was a vehicle produced by Czech automaker Škoda between 1970 and 1980. This compact sports car became an icon for Škoda, and its production was primarily during an era of automotive industry innovation and transformation.
The Škoda 110R Coupé was equipped with a rear-mounted, 1.1-liter four-cylinder, water-cooled engine. It produced 52 horsepower and 69.4 pound-feet of torque, offering a respectable power output for its size and time. The power was transferred to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual gearbox.
Given its sporty design and modest engine, the Škoda 110R provided competent performance characteristics for its era. It could reach a top speed of around 140 km/h (87 mph), and its acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) took approximately 19 seconds.
