The Ferrari F8 Tributo, introduced in 2019, is a mid-engined sports car that carries forward the brand's lineage of V8 supercars. As its name suggests, the F8 Tributo is a tribute to Ferrari's award-winning V8 engine, featuring the most powerful V8 in Ferrari's history for a non-special series car, and marking a significant evolution over the Ferrari 488.
The F8 Tributo's design embodies a balance between aggressive sporting characteristics and harmonious aerodynamic efficiency. Penned by Ferrari's own design center, the F8 Tributo integrates features from previous iconic models, such as the louvered rear glass reminiscent of the legendary F40. The aerodynamics have been significantly improved compared to the 488, with a 15% increase in downforce.
The F8 Tributo is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 engine that produces 710 horsepower and 568 lb-ft of torque. This engine, a further evolution of the unit found in the 488 Pista, received numerous accolades, including being named the "International Engine of the Year" in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Read more
